Refund policy

At Fari Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, returned in the original packaging, and must include the order number or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: Gift cards, Sale or clearance items, Personalized or customized products, Items marked as “Final Sale”, Personal care, hygiene, cosmetic, or intimate items (for health & safety reasons).

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product. To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos along with an unboxing video of the issue.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit (as agreed).

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
